The Progression Sessions
Choose either 3 or 6 sessions where we can work on progressing your life and goals to where you want them to be.
Working together over time enables us to look reflect back and see what is working, what needs adapting and how you are progressing and booking a package will save money.
These sessions can be in person or via Zoom and will be approximately one hour with flexibility.
We can discuss goals, strengths, areas of focus, and I can provide you with tools and prompts to make progress between sessions.
